Hi,

I'm using the latest AllBest build on an SD870 IS which is generally working great (I just installed the June 6th build).  There's one thing I can't quite figure out - and that's enabling Optical Zoom.  I understand there should be an 'Enable Optical Zoom' option under a 'Video Options' menu (according to http://tinyurl.com/65vdl8)- but that menu is nowhere to be found.

I did get Optical Zoom to work using a script (http://tinyurl.com/66b5tr) - but using it is much more cumbersome than if the standard movie mode seamlessly supported optical zoom.

Is this a known limitation of the SD870 build?  Am I missing something?

Hello & wellcome Zeev,

the video settings are not implemented yet.

There's a post about this here, in the wikia i have gathered some hints for the SD870 [link].
