Can't make AllBest bootable on TX1 with 4GB SDHC

Hi again! While I was pointing out that I use a 4GB SDHC card, it reminded me of another issue I have on the TX1. I can set CHDK to boot on my 1GB SD card (from debug menu, followed by locking the card), but the same procedure fails on a 4GB SDHC card. On booting, it tells me that the card is locked (which didn't happen with the 1GB SD card), and CHDK isn't loaded.
I remember seeing a thread mentioning the "card locked" message, but I don't recall that it prevents the card from booting CHDK automatically.
Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!

Nevermind, I found a second article in the WIki which I quote:

Quote
Note: Unfortunately, autoload does not work with FAT32-formatted SD-cards. This means: cards up to and including 2 GB will work, cards larger than 2 GB won't.

Note2: 4 GB cards can support the autoload feature if they are formated in FAT16 manually. To format SD-card in Windows command line just type 'format X: /fs:fat' (where X: - a drive letter of mounted SD-card). But be aware that the formatting of 4 GB cards in FAT16 leads to non-standard 64K cluster size. The correct support of such cluster size is not guaranteed.

Autoload sometimes also does not work if the camera is switched on directly in record mode.

I can also confirm that autoload does not work on the TX1 if the camera is switched on in record mode.

Just to confirm that the FAT with 64KB cluster size works on my 4GB SDHC on TX1, i.e. CHDK boots, and it doesn't even give me the lock card message anymore. Great stuff!
