Hm, I see, but after seeing the sensor readings, I somehow doubt those accelerometers would be accurate enough for such stabilization.
Heck, they already cause the lens to move by itself more often than not! :(

I'd say take your movie and put it into Deshaker later, it works more than well enough. If you're on Linux, you can't use Deshaker, but I've found (not tried) this, perhaps it's effective too.
