Good! It took me awhile to figure that out (I had the card autobooting for awhile when I still couldn't manually boot) so its pretty much the only troubleshooting problem that I know the answer to.
I haven't actually tried it on a PC so I don't know if it would be easier or harder. I imagine that just copying the files for the manual boot method would probably be easier, since I don't think Windows flags internet files like that. But I don't know what you have to do in Windows to make the card bootable; that might be just as much of a pain on any computer.
