Many property cases for DIGIC II and III cameras are listed at

PropertyCase - CHDK Wiki

The A560 (a DIGIC II camera?) has some property cases that are different from both of lists given above.

Property 143 is flash state: 0=auto, 2=off
Property 105 is related to display state: 0=display on with full icons, 1=display on without icons AND display off (??)
Property 5 is AF assist beam state: 0=off, 1=on

It took me a while to find these. Maybe this will save someone else the trouble.

I don't understand.
A560 is a DIGIC III camera, and the three examples you give correponds exactly to the DIGIC III list at PropertyCase - CHDK Wiki:

143   RW   Flash Mode (0,1,2 = flash auto, flash on, flash off)
105      Display mode (record mode only) (0 = show info icons, 1 = Do not show info icons, 2 = LCD off, 3 = EVF)
