If I load last (v128) build I do not see any text for new menu items.  :blink:

It's not correct if I have to load any .lng-file to see the text. The default (english) text should be displayed in the case if I do not use .lng-file

I also think so.
But In my builds I embed default lng-file into CHDK binaries. So, I don't have to  install any other files except PS.FIR to start work with CHDK. It should be all-sufficient.

PS. The embedded lng is in the core/gui_lang.c file.

Bad function is the price you pay when using an alfa version! :)
GrAnd is of course right and I plan a stable version when the commotion about highsped has settled a bit and we know what actually could be expected with that function.
GrAnd, do you if there is any nice/easy function that could be used to show the CHDK logo as splashscreen on the LCD? I thought that could be nice to have!
