Is anyone else having problems accessing AllBest's website?

I would love to download his new build but have tried in vain for the last two days. It may be a settings problem in my computer but I have not had any problems with any other website visited. I have double checked the Internet Explorer settings as suggested in the Windows Explorer message below without any luck. If anyone has any further suggestions as to how I might connect or if AllBest has a link to another download site it would be greatly appreciated.

The message I get is:-

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
   
   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
 
   What you can try:
     Diagnose Connection Problems 
 
     More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section. [/color]

Thanks for your reply, I have tried all the Internet security and restriction settings I can think of. If you go to GrAnd's post announcing the new release of AllBest's build ("New releaser - AllBest. His Build") and click on the imbedded link (http://malbe.nm.ru/chdk/) can you get to AllBest's website?

When I click on the link all I get is the Internet Explorer message saying it cannot display the website.

I do not have a problem with any other website I access - Murphy at his best!

Sorry to be a pain. And thanks to everyone for their suggestions (have tried loading and using the additional browsers) but still cannot access AllBest's site.

I finall contacted my ISP and it seems that my ISP does not recognise the site "due to configuration settings" of AllBest's site which is totally out of my ability to fix.

Is it possible for AllBest to upload his  build to a mirror site somewhere else?

Failing that, could someone email the latest build to hymed@xtra.co.nz

Hoping someone can help, I would dearly love to try the 65 second exposure on my telescope.
