Startup S5 and date RAW

Hello Following the installation of a CHDK on my S5, I would like to know how to avoid displaying the last picture taken was the initiation of S5.
My RAW files are dated 01/01/2000 at 00:00: how to have the date of shooting.

afaik only the first raw file after startup has the wrong timestamp. all the following raw files should be properly "aligned" (until next reboot). it is a known error, there is no fix around it yet.

Instead of missing in DRYOS cameras utime() I tried SetFileTimeStamp() function (present in VxWorks and DRYOS cameras). But without success: even on VxWorks first RAW has 00:00 time (unlike utime()) :'(.

Thank you very much for your answer, I know now that it is normal that the first raw file after startup is not a good date.
