Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I've searched and I can't find my answer. I'm new to photography, so I might not be using the right lingo. My question is, where do I find the settings to make the exposure time longer? I've read that it can be changed to anywhere between 2-60 seconds, but I haven't found it. Here is what I'd like to do.

Awesome, thanks! I played with those settings, but I didn't change the value factor to 1. After I did that it worked.
