Seems like somebody else also has no newspaper any longer and reads hackaday.com instead. :D
(I have real newspaper! ... but sometimes also read hackaday for fun ;))

Here are some laser and poi pics I took a while ago on a small outdoor psytrance party, still w/o CHDK---actually this was where I had the idea that hacking the camera firmware would be cool to get longer exposure times so I started to look around on the web and ended up here :)





IXUS75, ~15s shutter and a tripod.

Damn, I have to make sure I even get to dance on the next psyfest instead of just playing with CHDK stuff :D

We still don't have reports of CHDK directly damaging cameras. But one of these days someone's wife is going to smash the freaking toy into peaces. Let's hope it happens on the floor and not on the top of the husband's head.

Hej,
I had my first attemp at light painting... Not using CHDK for now, 15s was enough, but in the future more than 15s will be more confortable for other stuff (at the moment, I couldn't find anything but a lighter :/). I wanted to do that since post #3 of this thread. :p
