Hi vine. How do u go along to learn more??do u take many pictures of the same object,at different exposure times?
or is it just one shot and go?
i ask because those 2 top pictures seems a bit unfinished to me!very dark
if shot in raw atleast, alot more detail should be visible,or able to get visible
wich of the pictures is shot with wich exposure times?
i would love to experiment myself, but i cant stay awake...lol
love the colours on the last picture, and the ferriswheel is always great, but the crop could be better.
its a bit cut off in the lower part,
keep sharing ur findings.

These were taken rather spontaneously without much thought. I just set the exposure time from experience, 60 seconds for the first one, 40 for the second one I believe, 2 seconds for the wheel and about 20 seconds for the last one. I totally agree with you that the crop should have been better. Also I don't like the amount of noise and the first pic isn't as sharp as I'd like it to be. If I wanted to do these properly I'd probably use RAW, with averaging and manual dark frame subtraction. Then on the other hand if I had wanted to do these properly I wouldn't have used my P&S camera in the first place :)
