Where i can download Firmware From CHDK for my Ixus 970 ?

today i was bought a new Ixus 970 and now i want's to upgrade firmware from CHDK but i was search on CHDK website and not found firmware for my camera. Please help me to get ixus 970 firmwire  :)

If it's not listed in the wiki, and you can't find it with a forum search, chances are it isn't ported yet. From my quick search, there doesn't even appear to be a firmware dump yet.

The Ixus 970is is the Powershot SD890, some posts can be found here in the forum...

...searched for "SD890": Canon SD890 IS CHDK.

-> the SD890 is NOT ported yet, that mean: NO CHDK for the Ixus970/SD890 available !

As written in the thread above it looks like there's nobody working on a port at the moment...

I was just wondering whether there was anyone working on the firmware for the IXUS 970 IS since this thread was last posted to. Searching in the forum's hasn't shown up much, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I just got my camera this weekend and would love to use CHDK on it.

Well, the firmware has been dumped a few days ago:
[DOWNLOAD LINKS] Firmware dumps available

So the next step is for a developer to start porting it.

On that end, doing a forum search indicates that ccmcgeek has that camera and has started some initial work on porting CHDK: Problems dumping the SD1100IS/IXUS80IS

Don't really know how far he's progressed though. As his last posts were a few months ago.
