Motion Detection - which build supports?

Just put ALLBEST on one of my SD cards and works fine - but does this build support the motion detection script or do I need to use Fingalo's build. Thanks.

Also does anyone know of any good resource to explain what all the options are in the motion detection script?
I found this link:

but some settings seem ambiguous such as :
"Begin Delay (secs)
I'm not sure about what this parameter means"

until this time is out md_detect_motion will draw red squares instead of shooting
it is to be used to preview MD settings before making real work

You don't need use Fingalo's build just for md-feature. AllBest's builds include motion detection as well.
