Greetings all,

I'm considering buying an SX100 as I see that you now have CHDK for it. It seems to me that with CHDK, the SX100 will compete very well against the S5.

Does CHDK successfully enable SX100 exposure bracketing?

Does the RAW file CHDK feature work satisfactorily with the SX100?

Is there a risk that the camera I purchase may have a firmware version that does not match that of the CHDK version?

Of course.

Depends on what you find satisfactorily. It still takes ~1.5 secs to save a RAW with one of those SanDisk Extreme III cards for me.

Yes, there are cams with a 1.00B firmware (instead of 1.00C), but i think its not a big deal to finally port it to 1.00B - i'll have a look into it today, but maybe i'm wrong and it needs skills i dont posses
