USB Remote shutter release with S3IS

I was under the impression that AllBest's latest build incorporates this feature and does not require any additional script to make it work. There is an option under the "Scripts" menu to enable "USB Remote" by checking the box - is this all that is needed to enable the remote shutter release? I have tried this without any success.

Unfortunately, I cannot access the original information on using the USB connection for remote shutter release as my ISP will not allow me to connect to the websites.

Any help or information on how to use the USB remote shutter release with a S3IS would be appreciated.

Thanks Barney,

I am still learning about CHDK and the use of scripts so may have not fully understood how they interact with the different builds. I will do as you suggest and load a script and then see what happens.
