Then DNG4PS-2 needs to be fixed.
At the present time it means thT i am in need of a different solution for CRW support.
DNG4PS-2 is not 64-bit clean as it appears, ufraw as offered by Fedora doesn't open CRW from my Ixus 860.
So what else could I try?
Indeed it should be fixed, I believe most new Linux desktops are running 64-bit distros now since all the CPUs are 64-bit and there are less and less problems with commonly used apps. Does anyone have a clue where the problem is?
I believe the dng4ps-2 Windows version runs fine under Wine (I don't know if there's a problem running it under wine on 64-bit Linux, I hope not).
You could also try to compile the 32-bit Linux version and run it under a 32-bit chroot. Don't use gcc 4.3, though, as it apparently is incompatible with a certain 3rd party library version dng4ps uses. Don't know if that's much more user friendly than Wine, though.
