You're amazing !!! Yes, I've tested the 0.8.10 build you made and multipartition support is enabled.  As soon as it loads CHDK, it goes to the big partition, so like your previous instructions all settings and stuff go into the big partition.

That was quick yo... mad skills :)

For the Test_Keys.bas menu/display is indeed swapped.  Could you unswap it?  (when i press menu i see display and vice versa)  It should be common for all SD750's, since we've all found that to be the case (on the 750 thread).

no no, i made a mistake on that message.  The icon next to menu says erase but it's actually "down" that erases.  I should fix my old post that says menu is erase ><

This might be a dumb counter question... but, how do I test that?  I'm not sure what feature that is?


Also, how similar is the code between the SD750 and the SD1000?  Does Tv bracketing work as expected on the 1000?  I looked at the button layouts and it seems similar

shoot raw you get a *.crw file
shoot dng you get a *.dng file

in misc select dng visible in usb

connect your camera with usb and you see the *.dng file in camera window

in misc deselect dng visible in usb

you don't see the *.dng file in camera window anymore

the code is similar to sd1000, tv bracketing works perfect
keymap different thats why your disp button = chdk menu button

i can make testbuild with display and menu button changed if you want to try?

Sure, please make a build that puts the menu button in the right place :)

Tv bracketing is broken on the SD750.  It doesn't act the way it should as in the manual.  Using the universal bracketing script makes the situation workse as it "presses left" and "presses right" hoping to adjust EV, but, at least on the SD750, left and right have nothing to do with EV


I'll test the dng thing right away.

Verified: swapped buttons work as expected
Verified: When enable DNG over USB, any files with .DNG extension are visible.  When disabled, only JPG and .CRW are visible.  .CRW's are always displayed (I don't know what is really supposed to or not supposed to happen though, so is this considered working?)
Verified: Dual partitions with both FAT12(0x1) and FAT16(0x6) as boot partition work as expected


For v1.02a those changes above should be ready for the SD750 (sheesh you're fast!)

Tv bracketting doesn't quite work right on the SD750, don't know why, another ASM problem which I'm not skilled enough to figure out :)
