Several SD cards, to have identical CHDK configurations

In order to accomplish this, is it OK to just copy the CHDK.CFG file from one card to another?  I see there is another file generated at the time of initial installation, in the card's root, UPGRADELOG.TXT.  Does the data in this file (appears to be binary, not human-readable text) have to co-ordinate or be synchronized with the CFG file?

If not, then I suppose we can freely transfer the CFG file between cards, have consistent settings, no problem?  If I'm missing something, please let me know before I try it!

P.S.: Does anyone know what the UPGRADELOG.TXT file does?

If the builds on the SD cards are identical: yes, copying CHDK.CFG will do.

The UPGRADELOG is (re)written every time CHDK is started by means of the
'Upgrade Firmware' option in the Canon menu.

:D Thanks!  Fast service!  I was just going out the door to try out my "new" camera.

Not in the thread, but thanks to everyone on this forum and those involved in the development of this software.  I downloaded it last night and still can't believe how amazing it is.  I feel like I'm in control of my camera again, for the first time since I set aside the Olympus OM-4.
