Hi,

I Just bought a G9 on a online store, which comes with a new firmware : GM1.00H (so 1.00H, I Think.)

I Will dump it to add it to your database if i can.

But i got a problem : I'm french, and the language table is different than usual : only propose English/Chinese language !

And here comes the question : Is there a possibility to write old 1.00G firmware (a little dangerous ^^) or simply write the entire language table ? (or simply replace chinese language with french).

I just learned that the cam is a NT one, is there a possibility to change region for same languages as PAL (or NTSC but who includes french) ?

There is mention of 1.00I firmware has a language table,  and here is links for the info.

G9 porting progress

Note 1.00I is is not supported for CHDK at the moment.
