I really enjoyed it for my A720IS when I had the camera...  Great work BTW!


EDIT:

OK I'm starting to catch the drift a bit more reading...  So I guess if I create a dump of my cam with the new FW it would help!?

Try post #48 - this is beta software though

make sure you check your firm version first:  http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#Q._How_can_I_get_the_original_firmware_version_number_of_my_camera.3F

read the thread to find out for which version #48 is meant (don't know details, don't have this cam)

Yes, but the camera is simply displaying the last error it encountered. As long as it's working now, that's nothing to worry about.
