holy toledo batman! i can feel the butterflies in my shutter-pressing finger as i read this thread. man, if only there was some way we could help DG do these things, it would make things easier for him. at this point, i'm just here lurking, waiting to pitch in or get the latest ingenious firmware hacks DG releases. ah, the sweet anxiety...

Does this mean you were able to decrypt the flasher code? if so what tools/how did you do it? or do you have the keys for the decryption?

No developments??  So sad, CHDK on a DSLR is needed.  I am a computer programmer but I have no idea where to start with the fir's on XSI.  I use dotnet, if ayone out there could give me a hand, that be awsome maybe work as a team?  I don't know.
