I would hazard a guess that all these models are about equivalent in terms of motion detection, all capable of ca. 100-120ms response and otherwise well supported by CHDK. Standard CHDK builds off the main source "trunk" are however slower by ~30ms, although the speed-up tweaks are known and can be easily incorporated (see Motion Detection too slow?).
