Well, I had an idea a few days ago, after downloading CHDK for the A720IS that my mother owns (and lets me use :P).

I made this:



To use it, I unscrew the wing nut on top and screw my camera on.

It took a while for me to get the Ultra Intervalometer script working right (had to apply the corrections), but the image stabilization took care of most of the vibration from the bike.



On future rides, I'm going to angle the mount downwards a bit, and set the interval to 5 seconds. Also, I plan to try to find some way to fix the angle.
