Hi

I have an Ixus 960 and want to try and use the raw function, can you tell me if there is a Chdk to make this possible with my camera at present.

If there is what do I need to do to make sure that I can use this on my camera.

Any help on this would be great as I am totally new to this process

I have got my firmware now, which is 1.0.0.0

Can you confirm if the Chdk is a tested version or not?  Is there any chance I may mess up my camera??

No, that's NOT your real firmware version, read FAQ: How_can_I_get_the_original_firmware_version_number_of_my_camera ?

I have done the firmware thing the proper way this time 1.00D

I am now here (CHDK Download - build 0.5.5, revision #525) and downloaded the file.

Dont seem to have a ps.fir file???

Also do I need to format the card first??

WOW

I can have a histogram on the screen when Iam viewing the shot, plus take shot in Raw.

I now need to convert my raw data, what should I use???
