Man.... is there any way to upgrade(or downgrade) my FW to  1.00E?
My actual FW version is 1.01B.

I thought about that too, but I consider this to be unsafe. I guess you could render your camera unusable, as different firmware may be due to different hardware parts in the camera.

Just be patient, I am sure everything will be taken care of.

I really dont have time lately, but i managed to compile another build to fix some glitches

Changes:
- previous bug fixed, now you can see live histogram, clock, battery, space, the lot! camera LCD really looks supercool  8)
- histogram in playback mode now shows correct histogram (ALT + UP + HALF SHOOT)

ma_jk, I've been following this and another thread "who's with me" about the A590IS dev progress and am really glad to see you having success with 1.0e!  good work man, seriously, the asm stuff is beyond me lol

did you say you might have access to a 1.0b camera?  I, like others, have the 1.0b, and would happily test anything you want to try on my camera if you won't have access to the 1.0b cam for a while

all I really want is the live histogram and RAW, but the custom burst idea mentioned either in this thread or elsewhere, with different settings, sounds awesome for DOF and HDR subjects :)

keep it up man, I bet many others are watching this thread, unregistered, with eager anticipation!

Here comes the Build for A590IS 101B.

Same bugs/features as 100E. It seems, though, that raw saving doesnt stuck the cam...

Cool, works for me (not tested thoroughly), only a table overlay is always rendered over half of the screen. How soon do you expect the port to be submitted into /trunk?

i think we are at 65-70% done. As i said i will post the sources so we can work together on it.
apavlov could you confirm the no-lockup in raw saving?
