Eye-Fi - How stable is it for you?

I'm using eye-fi with chdk and its working well - except that the eye-fi card seems to die out after 200ish images. i'd prefer it never die out. it simply stops sending images. restarting the camera fixes the problem. otherwise the camera continues taking images and running scripts exactly as it should.
