hi, i wrecked update of my firmware (olympus sp310), camera doesn't work now
one guy told me that when i find a firmware for it, he can fix it (by writing it into the eeprom or what)
so, i found some BIN file on this site for sp310, told him that i've found my firmware, but he said that 5,5MB is wrong file size (must be 256kB)
can anyone help me with this, or explain things to me please?

That guy probably only has a generic computer bios flasher or whatever that only accepts chips up to 256kB. Try using the official Olympus update tools or follow the manual update-instructions, if available. If that doesn't work, I think only Olympus service personnel can help you.
