new ixus 980: 14 bit raw?

Hi folks,

anyone know if the newer ixus/poweshot based on digc 4 will record raw 14 bit or only 10 bit?

on small digicams doesn't make sense to record 14 bit data

.... the sensor is pretty noisy even at base sensitivity (generally it's ISO80)
