Certain features in CHDK, such as editing the user menu, require the use of the button on the camera. But I have an A560, which doesn't have that button! What am I supposed to do?

Hi flarn2006,
you don't need this button...see CHDK firmware usage/AllBest: User Menu.

Yes, I actually figured that out. But what about scripts which use that button?

You can modify those scripts to use another button for their user interfaces. If they use it for its actual original Canon functionality, then what the scripts do obviously can't be done on your camera, at least not in the same way.
