After checking around the site, there seems to be little work done on this camera model. There is a port of GM1.10A fw and apparently someone, who is now inactive, made some attempt at porting. I am a newbie, but am willing to do what I can to aid a developer in porting (testing, trying things, etc.). I am going to look around our computer and electrical engineering department to see if someone local wants to pitch in. The SD430 is a sweet little camera with wifi capability - if I could crack Canon's firmware and unleash the possibilities it would be even sweeter. I am working on an automated measurement system that combines laser and panoramic photographs for forest inventory measurements the wifi capabilities would be great in this application and being able to write some scripts via CHDK would be fantastic - any developer takers out there?
