I have Canon S5 IS. I've downloaded a CHDK 1.01b. First of all, how to set a max shutter time above 64sec. Is it possible? Maybe a script would do that. If so, which one?

With long exposure times you should also read about Noise Reduction in
Firmware Usage: RAW parameters menu (it's for RAWs AND for JPEGS).
Second thing... Where i can set a video parameters (quality, bitrate etc.). In main menu there is no "Video Parameters" line. Is it avaliable in S5 IS CHDK?
No, the S5 don't have this feature until now.
*EDIT: For longer exposure you can combine multiple shoots, there is a thread about this somewhere here in the forum...
