Hi folks. Tried new "MoreBest" build on A620. Thanks for new options. Anyway, I noticed 2 small bugs:
In Video section, there is a new option to display remaining video time and / or current bitrate. But when I turn this option on, video quality (1-99) is also displayed in the same OSD panel, although I selected "bitrate control" and this parameter isn't used at all, so there is no need to display it, especially as I also swithced off Video quality control, that is used, as I understand, to change quality/bitrate during video recording with up/down
In Custom ISO section, Hi Auto ISO line is also displayed, although A620 doesn't have Hi ISO option (like S3 for example)
About "Enable Fast EV Switch" option on cameras like A620, where up button is for flash and down for MF, my suggestion would be that turning this option ON changes original CHDK behaviour of Shutter Half-press + Left/Right to EV switch -/+. I'm using histogram only, don't need zebra, and also I don't need to turn OSD on/off, so this would be, I think, acceptable for most users. For others, this option could be left to OFF. Current behaviour is that up/down buttons changes EV and turns on/off flash/MF at the same time, which isn't very comfortable
About "Video quality control" option, I think changing ISO with up/down during video mode, if possible, would be much more usefull (like gain control on better camcorders) than changing video quality during recording a clip
