Is is possible to increase video recording mode at 640x480 from default of 20fps to 30fps?

Hi, my first post as a member of the forum, and feel its only right to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped with the development of CHDK - without a doubt the most useful thing for a Canon camera for ages - so a very big thank you!

I second AquaCanon, changing video quality for the A590IS is not yet unlocked, the ability to change from 20fps to 25fps or 30fps would be great too, and the quality settings unlocked even better!!

Would be great to change the video dimentions too, e.g. to 720x576

This is a filter for avisynth. I've used this a lot on 15fps files from my old A70, ultra slow motion and on some time lapse experiments with very nice results.
