Hi, pedropaislopes!
I report on results of test corrected CHDK:
- serial shooting still does not work;
- in a mode of extra long exposure the device is switched off (on version 0.9.9 - OK).

i tested the new versions, but my camera crashes when i want to take a picture. Maybe i have a different firmware, i will check that soon.

I had this problem too. The problem for me was that I used the diskboot.bin from post msg44770. This one does not work correct. Use the version from post msg44399. For the other files i have used the bins for Ixus 80 (1.01B).

I am really looking forward to play around with the HDR capabilities of the CHDK tools. Can anyone explain (or give links to) how this works for this camera? Or isn't this possible since continuous shooting isn't supported (yet?).

Aha, there's such situation: on firmware of version 0.9.9 "from post msg44770" the device for some reason began to be cut off by pressing the Shutter button. Before the such it wasn't observed. Probably the problem is connected with reduction of a charge of the battery. To understand further did not become, has returned the first version CHDK 0.9.9.

Hello, very new to CHDK but not to Canon cameras (I have two) and just want to say, awesome work! I'm extremely amazed already at the advanced functionality I have now over stock... But I wonder, is anyone still developing for the SD770? I'm able to help out with testing and would love to see a final release!

I spent hours looking through and tweaking the code and disassembly trying to fix the bug with continuous shooting with no luck. I have some experience programming but not with assembly or CHDK, so I have no idea what I should be looking for. Does anyone have some pointers for fixing this bug and finishing the port?
