To users of the Hotwire! Hardware Mods, Accessories and Insights forum.

Please be advised that your camera's warranty will probably be void when you change its hardware.

Any damage/problems/issues that may arise from any of the info presented here will be your responsability only. Please know what you are doing before doing it.

One warning for when opening your camera:

Beware of the capacitor for the flash! It is not unloaded, when you remove the batteries. I got a really astonishing electrical shock, when I touched it and the camera dropped onto the ground, tearing off the film conductors of the display.
