location of the exit pupil on a720is

location of the exit pupil on a720is

hello everyone!
kinda in a hurry so excuse the grammar
was checkin out that pic of the parlament building in bc
and it talked about a panohead  so i was checking that out and i cant
really understand where the exit pupil would be on a pos camera  seems to be where the lens attaches to the body on a slr
so would it be the front of the lens is when its fully closed or somthing like that ?
i remember somewhere saying  if doing panos by hand to try to rotate from the front of the lens when its open ?
anywho thanks for the help guys !!

some are good some are bad due to me a little saturation happy  ;) let me know what ya think

To see the exit pupil on a point-and-shoot camera you would have to be inside the camera looking towards the lens.

You are interested in the entrance pupil.
