Hi,

Can somebody give me step by step directions on how to make a long exposure shot with the SX100IS. I've been trying for days but can't seem to do it.   :-[

I have the 1.00b build, I have installed CHDK using cardtricks. I know CHDK is loaded on my SD card-- I see live the splash screen when I turn my camera on, I see the live histograms, etc. I see the CHDK menu when I press the PRINT and MENU button.

Please help. Thanks.

What you need to do is to "override shutter speed".. i.e.

You find it under "extra photo operations", you must fiddle with the value of "Override shutter speed value" and the "Value factor" just beneath

See
