Searched around but i can't find how to map my bad pixels.  I can't shoot DNG files without doing that first.   show_bad_b.exe doesn't work either.

Thanks!

Thanks!  I took a 10" black exposure and ran show_bad.  It returned 40 entries.  Seams very low compared to what others are getting.

kayec,
this (show_bad) is the method for the 'standard' badpixel removal function (means: 'new' bad pixels, not known by the original Canon firmware, not stored in the firmwares build-in list, you can adjust it with a threshold).

Use 'show_bad_b' to generate the list needed for the DNG support: this bad pixels are already stored in the original fw, most cameras have ~ 10.000 bad pixels there ... or do it in the camera with the badpixel.lua script.
