It will be very interesting to see those results.
The next release of 'StereoData Maker' (SDM) will have special features that provide precise synchronising of the cameras.

You will need two kites 10m or more apart and video transmitters on the A/V output to make sure the cameras are pointing in the same direction (more or less).
