Canon powershot G series Raw 12 or 10 bit?

I am trying to decide between the Powershot SX10 and G10 (hopefully CHDK will be available sometime over the next year) I know the G10 has raw support out of the box but wanted to know if it is the standard 10-bit RAW all the other powershots have?
