CHDK only make program for Canon?

I'm a newer ,and I bought a fujifilm camera :s8100

I think that this camera can be more useful and powerful, and I've been searching some programs like CHDK for this camera for a long time.

Does anyone know about this?

no, not possible. there is no such thing for fuji cameras. how do i know? because canon cams are the only cameras sporting such thing as a DIGIC II/III chip, which most likely is needed for CHDK to run. sorry to be the bearer of such news.

1st: Welcome here in the CHDK forum!

2nd: probably every camera can be hacked, also the fujis.

CHDK is designed around the Canon Digic II, III & IV image processors, it is not assignable to other architectures.
There are also some informations about other camera manufacturers here in the forum, e.g. other camera producer's FW investigation.

But since this forum is about Canon cameras: buy one & get the power of CHDK  :D
