Hi I am a new user to chdk. I had some scripts running on a 2 gb card. Last night I loaded chdk on to a 4gb card, along with 2 scripts and a text file. When I put the card in the reader I can see the files , but running chdk I cannot see or load the scripts - the directories are empty. Am I doing something wrong?

Also another quick question:  I tried to convert a raw file, both in dng2ps and Rawker.(MAC) Both times the converted files had a red or green tinge to them. Is this a white balance issue? Best way to fix this in Photoshop? I have the option of saving the raw conversion as a tiff, png or dng. What should I do?

Thanks for the help, I have read some posts, but I would like to figure this out  as I am leaving for Costa Rica in 2 days!

Are you using multiple partitions ? If so, the scripts need to be on the second, large partition.

What about some more details, like what build are you using ?
Older builds for 590 used to be pretty unstable ...

Whim, I am using chdk ver 0.9.5-701

Same build as I had on the 2GB card.

Did you use the 4 Gb before with CHDK ? How did you format it ?

Oh, and are you starting up by booting, or using the 'firm update' method ?

I have not used the 4gb with chdkbefore. I used cardtricks to format the card and load the chdk file. this is a sdhc card with only one partition.

Sorry did not answer your question in full. I am starting chdk by turning on the camera, it auto boots.

Hmmm... i guess that means it's not a formatting problem.

Maybe try a new autobuild ? Try putting a new full build on it, and see if you can access the standard scripts,
that come with the full build. I have A590 / 101B myself, and everything works fine with build 0.9.6 on a 4 Gb card.
