Hey all, love the ALL BEST build...really only a noob to the photo world...so im learning slowly as i go.

I was wondering something...when using Zebra you have a choice to use OSD or Histo...any way to show both ?

I like zebra, but i like my histo and OSD more...would love to have them all.

BTW, keep up the good work.

It's possible (at least in my build) as you can see on the picturers.

No. Only CHDK OSD can be showed with zebra simultaneously.

I figured it out.

my zebra is as follows.

Draw Zebra - on
Zebra Mode - Blink 1

uncheck Restore Original screen and Restore OSD (dont use either)

Draw Over Zebra - OSD

This will show the histo and the OSD with the shutter button half pressed.

Because CHDK draws the zebra by itself. And Canon draws his OSD by itself. These two things are independent.

Would it be possible to modify the zebra to be effective in just a smaller box in the middle of the display, leaving the borders for the camera OSD to play with is it pleases?

Or is it not possible for CHDK to fit the images in RAM, or is the display not readable or would this require some sort of rapid redrawing which would cause flicker...?

Or would it be possible to speed up the fastest blink rate (from 1s) to something a lot faster to make things appear to be (near) simultaneously on display?
