Found this on the AutoIt forum and adapted it to use CHDK logo(s).
Added a settings dialog to tweak the parameters.
It's basically a set of 7 CHDK logos which follow your cursor, they are tied together by elastic bonds.
You can tweak mass, spring constant, friction, and X and Y coord gravity to control their behaviour.
Attached are a (small) pic of it in action over a window, and the source code.
The program dumps 7 PNG's (~ 50 kb) in your temp folder.
