disable jpeg save in raw+ jpeg mode

If the above were an option then there might be a slight increase in raw save mode, especially in continuous mode.
I wonder if our cameras capture in raw and then downconvert to jpeg. If so, then time saved in not saving to card the jpeg might be minimal.

Essentially.  RAW is just the sensor image - the camera reads that image into a buffer and then does quite a bit of image processing, including jpeg encoding.
