one new question:
the s5 doesnt insert exif data in the raw file. can i easily copy the exif from the jpeg-file into the raw picture?

CHDK RAW files never contain meta data like EXIF.

a) You can enable the DNG format in CHDK - that's RAW with EXIF & whitebalance data, directly usable with most imaging software...Enabe DNG support guidance
b) You can also use DNG4PS-2 to convert the RAW files into DNG format; when the JPEG file is in the same directory with the RAW, the EXIF data from the JPG file will be used...
c) Of course you can also use a software to copy the EXIF data, e.g. the EXIFTool...
