Can CHDK write ISO speed data in pic files?

Greetings
Wonderful forum you have here. I'm glad to have joined your friendly community.
I was wondering if there is an option in CHDK that writes the ISO speed to picture files, so that we can read and compare picture setting after transferring them to the PC? I have A710 and A720. A720 picture files have the ISO speed data in the picture files, but A710 doesn't do that. Can CHDK add that data to A710 pictures? or any other data? I'm using the nightly build dated 19 Mar 2009

Thanks very much in advance.

And another question please: how can I display the Auto ISO speed while shooting?
A720 does that by default, but A710 doesn't

Investigate the exif canon makernotes section, it most likely holds the real/actual/correct/mathematically sound ISO value even for the a710.

As for ISO OSD during auto for a710, I have no clue. I dont remember whether CHDK MISC OSD can be set to display ISO...if it does, that would be it. And if it doesn't, it could probably be added.
