Hello, I have Canon SX100 IS, and I tried CHDK firmware, because I need bracketing option. But there is a problem for me. No matter what I try, result is always 3 identical pictures, withour changed EV. Can somebody instruct me correct usage bracketing function in CHDK?
Use the "Bracketing in continuous mode" from the "Extra Photo operations" menu:
(Allbest #51, available from the Allbest Autobuild)- Set "TV bracketing value" to [ 2Ev], "Bracketing type" to [+/-]
(in older CHDK version there was a extra entry under "TV bracketing value" with a factor setting, this must be [ 1])- exit CHDK, use the cameras continuous mode or the custom timer mode (1s delay, 3 shots)
- when you are in continuous mode, you'll see
BRACKET: +/-
TV: 2Ev
on the screen...
If you want to have this settings after power off your camera again, you should disable "Clear Bracket Values on Start".
