I am getting Firmware message on my SX10 IS like below :

It's shows "E18" rather than "No Error" is it any serious problem ?
E18 error in the firmware information screen means: there once was a problem with the optic / lens mechanics, maybe some time ago, it's a kind of log for the service. Nothing to worry about if the camera works normal...the line after the EXX shows the date this error occurred the last time...
PS: use the search function, e.g. searching for "E18" gives you a lot of hits...
Is there any possiblity in future,I can use CHDK on my CAM ?
Is there any CHDK available for 1.00C at present ?
ATM there's only a CHDK version for fw 1.01a, 1.00C is not yet supported.
Versions for other firmwares are possible in the future, but atm there's no schedule about the when & where...
