Hello to everyone, I have downloaded the software sx10-101a-0.9.8-744-full.zip,  then checked the right version of the camera software (GM 1.01A). I've tryed to install the sw following the instructions, It ask me to update from firmware 1.01 to 1.10, I confirm and a window with CHDK logo and other informations appear for about 1 sec. Then I've tryed to push the shortcut button, but nothing is change and the firmware version is always the original (1.01). Have  I wronged something when I have installed the update?

CHDK is NOT a permanent firmware update, it's just a loadable software - the original firmware of the camera will be never changed or updated.

CHDK is loaded on your camera, so use the Shortcut button to enter <Alt> mode, then press MENU to enter the CHDK main menu...

Pls. read the CHDK wikia FAQ, especially FAQ #19: What are the key....
